    Permitted use

    • Sharing links to public pages on social media or in private messages.
    • Quoting short excerpts (under 90 words) with clear attribution and a working link back to the source URL.
    • Personal, non-commercial reference of free calculators and resources.

    Prohibited use

    • Republishing full or substantially-rewritten blog posts, guides or case notes on any other website, newsletter, agency portfolio or training material.

    Filing a DMCA takedown notice

Verified reports are pursued under DMCA Section 512(c) with the hosting provider, Google Search (DMCA removal request), Meta and LinkedIn.

    Counter-notice

    If material you posted (e.g. a guest contribution) has been removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may file a counter-notice to hello@morshedpp.com including the URL of the removed material, your contact information, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification.
