Why do my Meta, Google Ads and GA4 numbers never match?
Three different measurement models plus signal loss on the browser. Meta counts view-through and modeled conversions. Google Ads counts last non-direct click within its window. GA4 counts sessions after consent and cookie loss. Server-side tagging plus a shared dataLayer closes most of the gap; the rest is a reconciliation model, not a bug to fix.
Is it worth setting up server-side GTM for a small store?
If you spend under 3,000 USD a month on ads, usually no. Web GTM plus a clean CAPI setup handles the signal loss for that budget. Above 5,000 USD a month, sGTM starts paying for itself within 30 to 60 days through recovered signal and lower CPA.
Do you work with clients outside Bangladesh?
Yes. Most of my tracking work is remote for DTC and SaaS teams in the US, UK, EU, Australia and the Gulf. I hold two overlap windows per day for calls and reply inside four working hours on Slack or email.
